Four vessels came back on the sailings we checked — Makruzz, Makruzz Gold, Makruzz Pearl and Makruzz Ruby — all air-conditioned twin-hulls, typically punctual and well-maintained. One thing to watch: Makruzz Pearl’s Port Blair to Havelock sailing is not the ordinary 90-minute crossing. It is a packaged service routed via Baratang, departing 05:45 and reaching Havelock at 13:30, and the ticket covers the Baratang leg. Read the schedule detail before you book it.
