ITT Majestic was introduced to the Andaman ferry fleet in 2016. The vessel was designed by an Australian naval architect specifically for the choppier stretches of the Andaman Sea, and its relatively low capacity (200 passengers) gives it a quieter, less crowded onboard feel compared to the larger vessels in the private fleet.

ITT Majestic was introduced to the Andaman ferry fleet in 2016. The vessel was designed by an Australian naval architect specifically for the choppier stretches of the Andaman Sea, and its relatively low capacity (200 passengers) gives it a quieter, less crowded onboard feel compared to the larger vessels in the private fleet.
ITT Majestic offers two seat classes -- Silver on the lower deck and Majesty on the upper deck -- both fully air-conditioned with wide pushback seats. The operator runs daily departures on all main inter-island routes, with Port Blair–Havelock being the most frequent.

How to download your ITT Majestic e-ticket
Once a ITT Majestic booking is confirmed, the e-ticket is dispatched to the email address and phone number you entered. Three ways to retrieve it:
- Email: Search your inbox for the booking confirmation from
noreply@go2andaman.com. The ticket PDF is attached. - Booking ID lookup: Visit ferry.go2andaman.com/my-booking, enter your booking reference and email, and re-download the ticket.
- WhatsApp / SMS: A link to the ticket PDF is also delivered to the registered mobile number at the time of booking.
At the jetty, show either a printed copy or the digital PDF on your phone along with the government photo-ID used at booking. ITT Majestic counters typically close 15 minutes before departure -- plan to be at the jetty at least 45 minutes early.
Cancellation & refunds
ITT Majestic ferry cancellation policy
ITT Majestic follows a tiered cancellation policy applied by Go2Andaman at the time of refund. Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 72 hours before departure: Typically 10–15% cancellation fee; the balance is refunded to the original payment method.
- 24–72 hours before departure: 25–50% cancellation fee depending on the class booked.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Usually non-refundable; a no-show is also treated as a cancellation.
- Weather cancellations: If ITT Majestic cancels the sailing itself (rough seas, technical issues), you're entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling to the next available service.
To cancel, go to ferry.go2andaman.com/my-booking, pull up your reservation and hit "Cancel". Refunds typically reach your account in 5–7 working days.

Private Andaman ferries rarely run fixed discounts -- the cheapest way to travel ITT Majestic is to book smartly. What actually works:
