About Sealink
What makes Sealink different
Sealink was one of the earlier private ferry operators in the Andamans after Makruzz. In 2022 Sealink was merged into the Nautika brand, and those vessels are now run as Nautika Lite -- the budget-tier of the Nautika fleet.
If you are looking for a classic Sealink booking, you will find those sailings listed on the Nautika Ferry page itself. Cabin layout and pricing are roughly similar to the original Sealink experience, and tickets go through the unified Nautika booking flow. In short: there is no separate Sealink booking anymore. Head to the Nautika page.

How to download your Sealink e-ticket
Once a Sealink booking is confirmed, the e-ticket is dispatched to the email address and phone number you entered. Three ways to retrieve it:
- Email: Search your inbox for the booking confirmation from
noreply@go2andaman.com. The ticket PDF is attached. - Booking ID lookup: Visit ferry.go2andaman.com/my-booking, enter your booking reference and email, and re-download the ticket.
- WhatsApp / SMS: A link to the ticket PDF is also delivered to the registered mobile number at the time of booking.
At the jetty, show either a printed copy or the digital PDF on your phone along with the government photo-ID used at booking. Sealink counters typically close 15 minutes before departure -- plan to be at the jetty at least 45 minutes early.
Cancellation & refunds
Sealink ferry cancellation policy
Sealink follows a tiered cancellation policy applied by Go2Andaman at the time of refund. Charges depend on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 72 hours before departure: Typically 10–15% cancellation fee; the balance is refunded to the original payment method.
- 24–72 hours before departure: 25–50% cancellation fee depending on the class booked.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: Usually non-refundable; a no-show is also treated as a cancellation.
- Weather cancellations: If Sealink cancels the sailing itself (rough seas, technical issues), you're entitled to a full refund or free rescheduling to the next available service.
To cancel, go to ferry.go2andaman.com/my-booking, pull up your reservation and hit "Cancel". Refunds typically reach your account in 5–7 working days.

How to get discounts on Sealink ferry tickets
Private Andaman ferries rarely run fixed discounts -- the cheapest way to travel Sealink is to book smartly. What actually works:
- Book early:Sealink releases seats on a dynamic inventory system. Economy and Premium classes often sell out 5–7 days before departure in peak season (October–May), so booking early locks in the lowest fare.
- Travel off-season: June to September crossings are noticeably cheaper -- Sealink drops lead-in fares to fill seats through the monsoon shoulder.
- Pick mid-morning / afternoon sailings: The first morning departure usually carries a premium. Mid-morning and afternoon sailings on the same day are often ₹100–₹300 cheaper for the same class.
- Check live prices every day: The search bar above shows the cheapest live fare across all operators. Use it before booking -- Sealink sometimes posts promotional fares that aren't advertised elsewhere.
- Group bookings: For groups of 8+ travellers, contact Go2Andaman customer support directly -- group discounts of up to 10% are occasionally extended on Royal / Business / Majesty class.
- Student & senior ID: Not applied automatically, but some Sealink sailings accept student/senior IDs for a 5–10% discount at the jetty counter -- carry originals.
